L'Oréal Corporate Retail Education Event Sanya 2022/23
L'Oreal is hosting its annual education event for its beauty advisors (BA) to strengthen their connection with the brand while subtly educating and influencing their understanding of grooming and beauty. The event includes CX training, diverse experiences, relaxation, and activations, allowing BAs to explore diverse and inclusive beauty from the inside out. The theme of the event is "Reconnection," which aims to elevate the beauty and service attitude of the BAs, empowering them to connect with customers through interaction, empathetic selling, and excellent appearance. The event will help BAs improve their taste in dressing, makeup, communication, and service attitude to create a wonderful first impression.
