This Buddhist temple design project was commissioned by a renowned Buddhist organization from Wenzhou, China, and conceived as a serene transformation for a revered landmark, blending tradition with refined contemporary lighting. Warm, concealed illumination highlights the statues, niches, and layered ceilings, creating a soft spiritual radiance that elevates ritual and stillness. The lighting design balances symmetry, material, and shadow play to shape a contemplative, timeless sanctuary.
